Clarifications & Terms

Important details about our menu, preparation, and service to ensure a clear and authentic dining experience.

Our regional biryanis are categorized by specific preparation methods, spice blends, and rice varieties authentic to their place of origin, such as Hyderabadi Dum, Lucknowi Awadhi, or Kolkata-style. Each dish adheres to traditional cooking techniques.
We prioritize whole spices from trusted regional suppliers, aged Basmati rice, and locally-sourced, fresh meats and vegetables. Our sourcing standards are documented to ensure quality, traceability, and support for traditional agriculture.
We provide structured dine-in service with traditional thali presentations, as well as a takeaway and delivery system. Orders are prepared in batches to maintain quality; specific service hours and advance booking recommendations are listed on our services page.
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy (in certain gravies and raita), and gluten (in some bread accompaniments). While we take precautions, cross-contact is possible. Detailed allergen information is available upon request at the restaurant or via contact before your visit.
To preserve authenticity, core recipes for our signature biryanis are not modified. However, we offer a selection of customizable sides and accompaniments. For specific dietary needs, please inquire in advance via contact so we can explore suitable options.
